Fidèle cliente depuis plus de 2 ans je n'ai rien a redire sur les plats ni le service ! Je prends toujours ribs, poulet frites et riz. C'est prêt en un temps record et je passe chercher avec plaisir car reçue avec le sourire. La situation actuelle ne leur a pas fait perdre leur sympathie et c'est assez rare pour que ce soit souligné ! Merci !!

CHF 12.- for a kebab box without lettuce, without onions, without tomatoes. While working, the employee had an Air Pod in one ear, he was on the phone with someone and couldn't even really listen to the customers. Never again.

Food was ordered via JustEat *the store has a 4.9 rating?!*. Delivery time was given as 7:37 p.m., after a call at 8:15 p.m., the food finally arrived at 8:25 p.m. The meat is pressed meat and has nothing to do with a chicken - but it is edible. The fries are greasy and hard, the salad in the Dürüm, on the other hand, is glassy and wobbly, as are the onions. The pizza and nuggets seem okay. 60 francs were paid for everything, which could have been saved.

Over 100 Euros for a new year night, 2h wait for drinks, meat salty and horrible, asked for the drinks so many times, slow service, I do not recommend, when drinks came, tasted like soap, asked for the owner who didn’t even apologise for the delay and the horrible food and drinks and we were still expected to pay the full amount, has maybe 1 slice of chewy meat, don’t waste your money. Also we were to get a complementary glass of champagne which we had to get up and ask as we never got ours but the tables beside us did, even bottles. So disappointing

This is our first visit since the work. What a disappointment, the restaurant closes at 8:30 p.m., it's 6:30 p.m.: no hot food, the buffet is minimalist. We always expect a smile from the staff. We have very good memories of the old restaurant and our conclusion is: all this work means wasted time and money. Not soon.

If you want to walk through Luzern , you have to visit Dunkin to buy a flavored drink !

The açaí was watery but overall it wasn't bad, what was even worse was the service which was quite unfriendly.

Spacious room where you feel really good and above all extraordinary welcome which makes you really feel "at home". Everyone is charming in this magical place! Thanks to Alice and Candy for their extreme kindness as well as to their boss 🤩

Came at the end of the afternoon to drink something with the family, waited around 45 minutes to be able to order I even had to call the waitress in order to take our order, the new management should invest in fryers and a hot dog machine for the shed as it was with the former manager, and leave the shed open all day and they should have better organization in the service because the organization was not there. I can't wait for next year to be much better
