Good food and ideal setting but catastrophic service. 30min wait for a coffee, wrong orders, etc.

We arrived on Sunday. We were prevented from going to the bathroom because the toilets cannot be used on Sundays. With children in tow, there can often be unexpected events. Sin. Sandwiches served lukewarm after at least 5-6 minutes from the moment they were placed on the tray. There was no children's menu.

November 23rd, service was completely out of place & non-existent, waited 3/4 hours for bratwurst fries (yes it was busy, sorry), ketchup & mayo packets were conjured up from the service boy's soiled trousers, mayo expired. To thank everyone, a colleague was able to find a hair in the fries. This is pure mass production and has nothing to do with gastronomy.

We had reserved for 14 a priori there was a problem, the restaurant did not have reservations and we were placed at 4 different tables, one of which was far from the others. Fast service

We booked the hotel for one night because we were at the AMA trade fair in Aarau. The location was great and everything was very clean! We'd love to come back!

it was great they have like a happy meal which costs only 6 fr and the food was really good but i had to wait about 20 min for my food but overall i rate it 4.0

Atmosphere and service were good. The food is less good, it's very greasy and I suspect some of it wasn't homemade (came by twice). I'm also missing a good beer, why not the local Monsteiner like in many other Davos restaurants? Above all, the price is rather expensive for Davos, you can get a lot more for less money at Weber, for example. What other commenters here say is wrong: this is more of an Italian restaurant than Swiss, however there are 1-2 Swiss dishes (which I haven't tried). In short: It's ok if everything else is reserved or you're too lazy to cook at home. It's not bad in this sense but it's just not enough for a four.

Fabulous meal. I had the set lunch menu for the day and it was Excellent value and very tasty. The staff were all friendly and efficient without being overbearing. The views are spectacular and the whole ambience is very calming.

It is an excursion restaurant on the Zugerberg that is completely overrun on weekends when the weather is nice. But on my several visits, I've always eaten well, sometimes with longer waiting times, but with this rush it's totally bearable - we have the day off and I've observed what the service employees have to do and endure and have every respect for these people and a big thank you for that . Everyone who writes and was satisfied should definitely read 100s of reviews.

The take-away sweet and sour, chop suey and red curry are always delicious with generous portions. Always my pleasure.
