Overall good experience, but please provide a place for the luggage, we are in an airport where every 10 minutes we are told to keep the luggage under surveillance and at your place, no surveillance possible?? The food is good but the service...you have to ask for everything, it's not up to par with Jazz Café. A little effort, we are at Geneva airport, a good opportunity to offer quality service and tips will follow.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. A regular customer for two years, I made a one-night reservation for March 18, 2024 for my work. My schedule having changed at the last minute I called them to modify or cancel this reservation. I was told that this was not possible... When other hotels frequently do it... Which means they lose a customer due to a lack of commercial gesture and understanding.

Magical experience from the moment we walked in. The staff was attentive and super friendly, they made us feel so welcome and even translated the menu verbally into English. You can tell the quality of the food is always very high and the chef even explained her elegant and mouthwatering French salad dressing. Highly recommend having breakfast here for the healthy and delicious food, warm atmosphere, and great passionate service staff. Thank you, Ou Bien. Can’t wait to come back!

If we can still describe the food as “correct”, the service is deplorable. The staff has no desire to work and does not fail to make us feel it, they are unpleasant and unfriendly. The waitress made the entire table take the Business Lunch plan for which you pay to eat up to eight plates (two sushi per plate). Having only eaten four plates, I wanted to take away the remaining sushi in the other four plates (which I had therefore paid for). The servers did not allow me to do this. Which establishment denies you the right to take the food to your table that you paid for??? Restaurant to avoid!!!!

This establishment doesn't deserve any stars, but I had to give one to be able to publish! -The 3 pizzas arrived cold, as if they had been prepared 2 hours in advance. -one of the pizzas arrived with all the ingredients missing - cooked dough with tomato! -the second was filled with onions even though this ingredient was not specified The first time I called the establishment, I was asked if I lived far away and if I could come with the pizzas! They explain to me that I should have specified that I didn’t want an onion too! So I should have guessed that we were going to add an ingredient! The boss then calls me to ask me again what's wrong with the pizzas and that he would like a photo!!!! I'm dreaming, he claims I'm lying! Finally he tells me that it's not the establishment's problem now and that we have to check with Uber Eats because I went through them and not through the restaurant directly! I dream ! To flee ! Displaced staff and mediocre pizzas…

Really sorry but I recommend you 1000 times to go elsewhere for the meat 🥩 you don't know where it comes from and the service wasn't a very bad experience for me la bha in any case I wouldn't come and give them a single penny and I would like to to say it's a room, it's not really welcoming, I recommend a thousand times more another kebap
