I don't think 7 Stutz for a mineral is ok. Waiting time at the checkout wasn't okay either. Recommendation: At these prices, perhaps invest a little more in staff and facilities. Ps. Wähe was quite ok.

First experience of Tepaniaki. The show is worth the detour and taste-wise we really traveled. Beautiful evening to repeat without hesitation. The staff are also very friendly and go out of their way to speak your language

Amazing service, great food! I forgot my backpack there and they shipped it to Zurich the next day! That's extraordinary service! I had a pizza with extra burrata which was delicious, served in a relaxed but lively atmosphere. Thank you Francesco for the excellent service!

I understand the temptation of walking by this place and wanting to stop in. Unfortunatley, I fell for the cute atmosphere and views of the Matterhorn. This place is how you say pure awful in every language. The host was extremely rude to a server when she was speaking to us at our table (he interrupted her to correct her in front of our table) and then commented to us how dumb she was. We got two cocktails and spent 2 hours there because they did not approach us for 30 min after we finished and when we asked to pay, took another 30 min before finally coming back to our table. Walk 30 steps past this place in either direction and find a better bar. You are welcome.

I'm not a fan of McDonalds, but this was the best I've ever had! Fresh, fast food, and it also helps keep money in your pocket here in Zermatt!

Aperol Spritz got a cheap, ready-made Aperol Sprirz from the supermarket for a lot of money. The service was bad, we had to clear the table ourselves so we could sit down there. The table had never seen a rag either. Definitely not a second time!! !!!!!

At first our order request was simply ignored and we were ignored for 15 minutes. When we wanted to order only 2 main courses with 3 people, we were arrogantly pointed to the menu. You should order one main course per person! This at 3:30 p.m. with a practically empty restaurant! We left the restaurant without comment and will definitely not visit it again. It seems like the restaurant generates enough profit margin even without visitors.

We are family of five went for dinner on 30.03.24. We ordered Crispy Pork with Caramel Sauce, Crispy Chicken with Pineapple with sweet and sour sauce, Stewed Pork Tonge, Mapo Tofu, Green Bean sauteed with minced beef, steamed rice, and fried noodle. They are all delicately prepared and truly delicious, except fried noodle that slight too bland. Service and restaurant atmosphere are lovely and nice for family dinner. Highly recommended this restaurant if you look for premium and fine dining Chinese restaurant. 👍👍
