I understand the temptation of walking by this place and wanting to stop in. Unfortunatley, I fell for the cute atmosphere and views of the Matterhorn. This place is how you say pure awful in every language. The host was extremely rude to a server when she was speaking to us at our table (he interrupted her to correct her in front of our table) and then commented to us how dumb she was. We got two cocktails and spent 2 hours there because they did not approach us for 30 min after we finished and when we asked to pay, took another 30 min before finally coming back to our table. Walk 30 steps past this place in either direction and find a better bar. You are welcome.

Amazing service, great food! I forgot my backpack there and they shipped it to Zurich the next day! That's extraordinary service! I had a pizza with extra burrata which was delicious, served in a relaxed but lively atmosphere. Thank you Francesco for the excellent service!

I'm not a fan of McDonalds, but this was the best I've ever had! Fresh, fast food, and it also helps keep money in your pocket here in Zermatt!

Aperol Spritz got a cheap, ready-made Aperol Sprirz from the supermarket for a lot of money. The service was bad, we had to clear the table ourselves so we could sit down there. The table had never seen a rag either. Definitely not a second time!! !!!!!

Cuando salía de la estación de tren, pasé junto a este restaurante y miré por la enorme ventana de la cocina. Lo que vi no me hizo detenerme a comer allí, sino a tomar una foto para demostrar lo que estoy escribiendo aquí. PÁJAROS VIVOS VUELAN Y COMEN EN LA COCINA mientras el restaurante está cerrado. At first our order request was simply ignored and we were ignored for 15 minutes. When we wanted to order only 2 main courses with 3 people, we were arrogantly pointed to the menu. You should order one main course per person! This at 3:30 p.m. with a practically empty restaurant! We left the restaurant without comment and will definitely not visit it again. It seems like the restaurant generates enough profit margin even without visitors.

We are family of five went for dinner on 30.03.24. We ordered Crispy Pork with Caramel Sauce, Crispy Chicken with Pineapple with sweet and sour sauce, Stewed Pork Tonge, Mapo Tofu, Green Bean sauteed with minced beef, steamed rice, and fried noodle. They are all delicately prepared and truly delicious, except fried noodle that slight too bland. Service and restaurant atmosphere are lovely and nice for family dinner. Highly recommended this restaurant if you look for premium and fine dining Chinese restaurant. 👍👍

I stayed in the River Room - it was exceptional. Met all expectations and the staff were super welcoming.

Beer arrived promptly - guests were strange -> one lady complained loudly about her partner and hair in the washbasin the whole time!

Hotel Helvetia? More like Hotel Hell! Stayed 1 night here and it will haunt me for ever. The room was lopsided. The bath was terrible! There was no shower head holder so I had to hold the shower head MYSELF WHILE WASHING MY HAIR. Terrible! There was no internet because they want you to pay for it l. I felt like I was going to get shot, I also felt like a giant Swiss bear was going to break in eat me and steal my Toblerone chocolate! Never Again! Also there was no elevator and the keys were left un watched so someone could steal your room keys before you even get to the room! Terrible:(
