Here you have to wait a long time for the food and the portions are relatively small, so if you want to eat well, this is the wrong place. But the staff is very nice 👍

Extremely impolite guys working there. There was a misunderstanding with the payment and their attitude was very disrespectful. The"fast food" pizza is ok and the place is open till late. There are far better places around.

Ambience great! Service top! Prices outrageous!! 19.50 for a small mate with vodka!! Sorry no go!! This is Uster and not Zurich where it is actually cheaper!! What a shame this rip-off! Great place otherwise

It's always a great experience to visit A3 Shop. Sandra is the best and I'm always happy when she's working! :-) The shop has a very large selection and I especially like the regionality of the products. I really hope the shop stays as it is for many years to come

Very good and varied food, also for vegetarians, with a large selection and good prices. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy being at the Spitz and do so regularly. Great location, good, uncomplicated food and a nice ambience.

Perfect hotel. Helpful staff, lovely food, cosy rooms and the most endearing surrounding community. Stroll around the streets up the hill and stop in at the local restaurants. Not to mention of course the lake-side walk is often breathtaking. Easy train ride back into Zurich. Very quiet, safe and charming.

Very tasty pasta and daily menus. Great value for money. Dog friendly. Would love to come back.

Unfortunately it is no longer a four-star hotel. Cheap soap, discount water in the cheapest plastic bottle in the room, cheap shower curtain that clings to you when you shower. In the minibar and in the bathroom there are two very thin plastic cups that fall over when you put your toothbrush in them. Really pathetic for a four star hotel. It should probably be renovated and is now only used temporarily. The sink was leaking, the TV was small, the refrigerator was heating because it didn't close properly. Employees try everything to respond to requests. Employees save the store, but I was still very disappointed and dissatisfied. After I described everything at reception, I was given a discount (approx. 10%). That was nice, but it didn't save my days either.

The ambience is nice, the music and the staff were friendly but the ice in the drink is huge after 3 sips the glass is empty, it's a shame... I'm not throwing my money out the window... I'm not going anymore...

American-style restaurant, great decoration. Fine food and shakes. Hot dog is super nice...unfortunately no longer available...but the burgers are also super tasty. Nice service.

Cozy and unobtrusive bar. Always happy to go.
