Cute small place with small menu featuring cheese fondues. Per person you need to either : get one main dish, OR get two starters. So we ended up getting one serving of fondue from main menu and salad and sausage cut from the starters. Overall good experience I just did not feel like getting two starter hence 4 stars.

The Frohberg restaurant is currently being rebuilt. The reopening is expected in 2024.

Restaurant in a central location, 10 minutes from the train station, all shops in the old town within easy reach. Good food at fair prices.

Freshly prepared food...really delicious. The prices are too high in my opinion. But quality has its price.

We were at the restaurant for lunch. The Wienerschnitzel was very tasty. Unfortunately, the French fries were underdone and therefore a bit mushy. The service was friendly and pleasant. It sometimes took a long time for the food to arrive.

The distance between the tables is 10 cm. You can't really enjoy the food and speak.

A busy cafe, nice for a meeting. Usual drinks and menu available. Not very private tables, easy to be part of conversation with the neighbours.

We had a very tasty meal in the Sternensee restaurant. The soup of the day (wild garlic soup) was very tasty and the shrimp cocktail also tasted refreshing and different than usual. All 4 main courses were impressive both in terms of appearance and taste. The veal lambs were tender as butter, the gourmet Möckli were served in an excellent spicy sauce, the crispy fish were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the Züri sliced ​​meat was also great. The portions are huge and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The service was always attentive and friendly despite the full dining room. Thanks to the whole Sternensee team for the great evening

The wild salmon with pea risotto and orange wedges was outstanding. The week started perfectly on Monday with this culinary highlight.
