I came here to be in a good atmosphere, which was great as reviews suggested, quiet relaxing music, and smiling personnel. I was surprised to see gluten-free options and I decided to try, however they still bring bread to the table, I even had two bread sticks in my gluten-free salad. It was somewhat predictable, most restaurants don’t know what gluten-free means (simply put it’s: no bread).

Incredibly delicious Indian food in the best atmosphere. Anyone who stands in front of the restaurant expects a normal neighborhood pub, but once inside you are immediately greeted by delicious, exotic flavors and a pleasant, but not exaggerated, atmosphere. The waiters were very nice and gave us good advice. The Indian-style Hugo tasted great and the naan bread was also great (although there could have been a little more). The Byriani was simply phenomenal! The spices were wonderful, it had a great bite and the sauces that came with it also tasted great. The evening was crowned with a delicious Indian pistachio ice cream. I can absolutely recommend the okra both to order and to eat on site. It is probably the best Indian restaurant in Bern.

Quality food, good service and cozy atmosphere! Unfortunately, in Bern people are increasingly looking for a place where good food is cheap and fresh! At Falken Bern there is a nice selection of high quality starters and tapas! The main courses are varied and the portions are very good. The service is friendly and the atmosphere invites you to a cozy dinner or a business lunch. A big compliment and keep it up! For me a great recommendation where you can get good food, fair prices and fresh cuisine!

Wir hatten am Nachmittag die Bar Per Bacco entdeckt und erfahren, dass diese mit dem Restaurant WestEnd gleich daneben zusammen betrieben werde. Ich hatte mir die tolle Weinkarte angesehen und beschlossen, dass wir dort unser Nachtessen einnehmen würden. Ein Antipasto della Casa war äusserst lecker, reichhaltig und sehr schön präsentiert (CHF 20.50 für 2 Pers.). Ich entschied mich für die Kalbsleber die mit Gemüse und Risotto serviert wurde (CHF 36.--), während meine Frau das Rindsfilet bestellt. Beides war hervorragend zubereitet, das Rindsfilet genau auf den Punkt. Aus der grossartigen italienischen Weinkarte suchten wir einen Domiziano von Falesco aus (CHF 41.50), der unser Essen hervorragend begleitete.Die Bedienung war hervorragend und das Ambiente äusserst stilvoll und angeregt. Gerne kommen wir bei anderer Gelegenheit wieder in dieses tolle Lokal.

Wegen Corona leider nur Take-Away-Betrieb ohne Tische und >Bänke. Man kann sich aber einen alten Holzschlitten schnappen, und sich draufsetzen. Der Ort iliegt am Pistenrand und bietet fantastische Aussicht. Die Stimmung ist gelöst und der Ort war nie überloffen. Meistens läuft Volksmusik. Ein Ort für Skifahrer und Winterwanderer zum Verweilen.

I would like to share my experience with your service. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the level of customer service I experienced. There were moments when I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I think it could be helpful if the team did more training on how to deal with customers to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and friendly manner. Apart from that, I think it's absurd that the cash register closes at 10 p.m. and you can't buy a drink. Purchase was made with cash only. PS: It would be appropriate to serve the pitta on a plate. Was the last visit.

Escápese de la comercializada ciudad turística de Interlaken y quédese cerca en el Heimat. Obtienes a cambio el hotel suizo más agradable y auténtico que puedas imaginar. Su restaurante es excelente, por lo que no es necesario viajar por la noche para disfrutar de una buena comida. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí. Es rápido y fácil llegar a los lugares turísticos desde aquí, pero hay muchos hermosos paseos en la puerta. Volveré pronto.

Something for everyone. Whether you are in need of a large meal or just require something light, the choices are excellent. Good wine selection available as well and everything prepared in open view. Friendly competent service as an extra bonus. Recommended.
