Very poor service. Huge wait for each request, no consideration. Although there are people at this level it is not acceptable. A requested bottle of wine that never arrived and they tried to charge us for.

Very friendly staff, good location, it has a tram at the door that drops you in the center and it is free when staying at the hotel.

Very friendly and attentive service. Good food, could have been a little spicier for me. Corn soup as a starter was top. Good portion, you don't have to go home hungry.

Quite a big shop. It's just incredibly annoying that as a man you have to walk through all the women's floors to get up to the fourth floor (the escalators are set so stupidly that you have to walk through everything). By the way, twice, and again when leaving the store.

We had a super family get together in Totò . A warm welcome from Fabiene , the restaurant manager , and great service from a very friendly Francesco . We had a birthday boy in the party and they made much of him with candles on a gorgeous dessert and a rousing rendition of herzlichen gluckwünsch sun Geburstag. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great welcome, the decor is very pretty and the waiter is more than professional. Excellent meal, excellent evening, we all loved our dishes (bacon fondue, shrimp scallop risotto, tagliatelle with 2 salmon, and Romana pizza)

This is the worst sport life! They don't know how to communicate with clients! They're being rude! Customers are not valued at all. I don't recommend it!

Really enjoyed the time spent here, relaxed atmosphere, great service and the cheese and meat board was just amazing. Oh! And let’s not forget the wine, we tried a local Pinot Noir, which was very good. I highly recommend them.
