Super nice place, a very good menu and the prices are very reasonable.

You need to pay for the "public" toilet, and then there is just a urinal for men?!?? A big joke?!

I was very disappointed with my visit to this bakery. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Your lack of politeness made my stay very unpleasant. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this bakery.

The lady doesnt tell truth, be careful. She promised refund when problem with hot water- 3 days was only cold. No happen.

Yesterday I was at the Hug Bakery since 1877 Hug Retail AG And I bought a very Hug Huusiist 5dl there and it was really very nice and the saleswoman 👩‍💼 was also very friendly with me.

It's a nice cafe-restaurant. After visiting the castle, my friend and I just walked in this place having our lunch. They provided plenty of choices, from hot food to cold snacks, desserts, candys, hot/cold drinks, wine, beers. Since my friend is vegetarian, she is tiny bit picky which she would like to have some hot food instead of salad in this cold weather. The chef proposed and personalized the plate for her, she was very happy in the end. I took "Rosti" and it was not bad at all. We almost sat there for almost the whole afternoon chatting and relaxing. Cafe Byron is a very chill and clam place for friends and family, their staffs were very nice. We both like it here and will definitely come again next time.

Products are diverse, prices are (probably) justified for all the sales effort and the chat support is turbo-fast including reimbursement for (even) incorrectly purchased items. For all the convenience of getting items from a machine, this is a great concept. Way better than the vending machines in Japan. Cheers :-)

We came to get 2 paninis for our children, unfortunately we did not have adequate service. The young man was very helpful, but had some difficulty preparing the two paninis. First, he broke the food apart to heat the chicken and the bread halves separately, then he put them back together. He did the same thing for the second panini. It just took longer, whereas normally paninis are heated either in their packaging or entirely on the panini grill. Review your training.
