The setting is rather pretty, the food not exceptional but good. They are in the gourmet passport but do not accept your reservation if the weather is nice (even if there is space).

Absolute tourist rip off!! Ridiculous cocktails... Not recommendable Nice view though...

Poor quality price. I ordered a vodka tartare, thinking that it was going to be prepared by the chef... They brought me a tartare with a glass of vodka on the side.

We went for a coffee with friends and 2 young children. The drinks were very good, and the staff welcoming. We will come back!

Reception (staff) very unprofessional. Unbearable for a 4 star hotel. Ordered a junior suite on the 5th floor, got a small storage room on the 2nd floor, room 212. Breakfast buffet was unreasonable. (Not even a small gift on Easter Sunday.) We knew the hotel about 20 years ago. An oasis of well-being. Who defaced the great hotel like this??? No compensation for various misunderstandings at reception.

There was really bad service in the station. The man with the bald head is really slow and was always on his cell phone. He asked me to make a coffee but no, he first played on his cell phone and looked at me and again on the cell phone then he made my coffee. So he should make me coffee first before he looks at his cell phone.

NOT for 2 people. If your party is 4+ or 10+ I guess it’s okay. It’s the super busy very loud type-place. Food was okay but had pizza so.. bit difficult to get that wrong. They sat us next to a huge table and it was uncomfortable.

Very central restaurant, offering Bernese specialties. Very good and welcoming. Advised!

We waited easily 20 minutes until we had the tickets and could order. Simple pasta & bruschetta. After 40 minutes still no food. (Cola was also brought “normally” and not Zero, as requested) New guests were served first & we were given the main menu like this at the same time. We weren't asked if it tasted good, but others did. We weren't offered a dessert menu, but everyone else was We weren't offered a chocolate egg or limoncello, but all the other guests were. We've never felt so uncomfortable. They didn't smile at us, but everyone else did... The kitchen and the service team were also annoyed and argued quietly at the checkout, which completely spoiled the ambience. We had to ask twice if we could finally pay, threw the receipt down and ran away again. Only the food was really good. Never again!

Very good motorway service station with well-kept buffets. Lots of things fresh and beautifully presented! Good and well ventilated premises. Playground outside.

Food, service and ambience are quite ok. My girlfriend and I weren't particularly hungry and wanted to share a pizza. We were charged an additional 5 francs for this. WITHOUT warning us.
