A restaurant that focuses on the quality of its offering does not offer “nugget fries” as a menu for children. If Biotope is not a fast food restaurant (we all know that because in fast food there is fast) do not offer the same food as the worst fast food restaurant.

Zu lange Lieferzeit. Über 2h und niemand wollte ans Telefon. Danach der Knaller, eines von sechs Menüs wurde vergessen, aber danach nichts dagegen unternommen. Great service!

Great restaurant inside the Marriott with an excellent, well prepared, and tasty menu. The staff are incredible and communicative with the guests. Breakfast was amazing and had everything. They have a new decor that really sets off the calm and peaceful choice of the Bistro.

It's very bad that the opening time on Wednesday is stated until 8.30 p.m. on the internet. However, May 20th is in front of the closed door and the settlement is made. Please adjust the times. Then you know what's going on! Thanks

To buy a Netflix gift card, I entered this kiosk for the first time on the morning of August 8, 2023. Since I didn't know my way around this kiosk and therefore couldn't find a Netflix card, I told the saleswoman at the checkout that I would like to buy one. After she got me a card without saying a word, she then said that next time I could get a Netflix card from the store myself. My comment that I didn't know where the Netflix cards were and that Google and other cards were right next to the checkout, she really started to insult me. When I asked what her name was, she quickly removed the name tag and refused to tell me your name. Conclusion: My first and last purchase in this kiosk.

Change seller/manager please. I go to this Kiosk almost every day and I have never had the right to a Smile or a Hello even though it is so basic. Opening hours are never respected and if unfortunately he talks with an acquaintance, do not hope to be served efficiently. I would find other solutions but I would never go there again.
