Absolutely not recommended! We ordered 4 meals online via Uber Eats and all 4 were missing the fries. When we called Burger King directly, no one answered. I called the supplier, who was very friendly and happened to be there. He then gave us an employee to answer the phone. She apologized and told us that the missing items would be delivered immediately. A short time later she called again and said that she couldn't find a supplier and that she would write it down and I could come by next time and take the items with me. Absolutely no solution! Especially since I didn't receive any receipt or anything like that! When I asked for a moment to briefly discuss what to do next with my friends, I was rudely left behind!!! When I called back, the supplier picked up the phone and was already delivering another order. Nobody lost weight at Burger King itself! We had to go by on site to be told that the delivery was coming. We didn't receive a call or anything like that. The employee simply ran away while we were talking to her. The way of working is not customer-oriented with unfriendly and incompetent employees. Never again!

Unfriendly staff. 04:20 all self-service machines are switched to "out of service".. the branch is totally overcrowded so... not recommended!

good food, wine and and even mocktails! super cool vibe too. definitely will be back! i dont have a good photo, but we had risotto, pasta, meat and fish and everyone liked their food a lot. :)

We came for the spare ribs which had such good reviews. For me they were ok, not dry and a good portion. Without the sauce they wouldn't have been edible for me. The meat had a strange taste, I've definitely had better. Mac & Cheese was very tasty and the burger with fries was also good. The portion sizes are really great for the price, you'll feel full. What should be highlighted is the super friendly, courteous and good-humored staff. We were warmly welcomed and said goodbye. So we would definitely come back.

To be honest, DO NOT order the Chedder Lovers Chicken, it’s insanely salty, especially the crispy chicken inside. Service is actually OK.

Overwhelmed employees at the front! Far too long of a wait for a fast food chain. Nobody wears gloves, people touch food with their bare hands, tap the cash register, etc. and nobody washes their hands! Never again!!!

Albanian bouncers, too crowded for normal guests, but if the country people speak to the bouncer in Albanian, it's no problem and they come in.🤢

Unfortunately, the tables are often dirty from previous customers. You have to keep telling the employees.

Unfortunately, today's dining experience was a huge disappointment for me and my husband. We were looking forward to a romantic Valentine's Day evening, but were met with an unexpectedly disappointing meal. As a starter we chose a soup that was not noted to be particularly spicy on the menu. To our regret, however, it turned out that it was significantly sharper than expected. We found that it overwhelmed our taste buds and was not conducive to enjoyment. The restaurant employees were very accommodating and took the soup back, but the start to the evening was already marred. When the main course, sweet and sour, was served, our expectations were again disappointed. Instead of a balance of meat and breading, we received an excessive amount of breading while the meat was almost negligible. For the hefty price of 33 francs, we expected a reasonable portion and quality, but instead it felt like we paid for an overwhelming amount of breading while the meat was barely noticeable. To our surprise, the rice was charged an additional 6 francs, which was incomprehensible to us as it is usually considered a side dish to the main course and is not billed separately. Overall, this Valentine's Day meal was a huge disappointment and didn't live up to our expectations. Next time we'll probably think about it and maybe just go to the Asian restaurant around the corner, where we'll hopefully find more enjoyment and satisfaction.

The staff is very courteous and committed. They are very attentive. The food was delicious and the portion size was absolutely worth the money. We went home very satisfied. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated.

Nice staff who make an effort to give the customer their order as quickly as possible. Every now and then the shop is OK for a dessert..

I'm happy to give the pizza 5 stars. If they were from the wood oven they would be 6 stars. Really good dough, homemade tomato sugo, topped with good products. The service is self-service, the open wines are ok, a large selection of beers. I like the atmosphere. Every work shift seems to pass there. Delivery services/guests often forget to close the door. Annoying in winter. Feel free to call me a regular.

Wir haben das Restaurant schon vor ein paar Jahren besucht, damals im Wok (asiatische Küche) , nun wollte ich mal das Jahreszeiten (westlicheKüche) ausprobieren. Auch dieses Mal war alles sehr professionell : von der telefonischen Reservierung bis zum Verlassen des Lokals spürt man Kompetenz und Leidenschaft. In diesem Restaurant arbeiten gut ausgebildete Fachleute, welche ihren Beruf mit Stolz ausüben . Ich kann mich eigentlich nur Bedanken für das ausgezeichnete Essen,für die herzliche Begrüssung und die zuvorkommende Bedienung am Tisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Restaurant Waid top ten in Zürich !
