Delicious Mexican food. I had four tacos with different fillings and nachos for starters. Everything was wonderful. Accompanied by a bottle of wine and, at the end, a fine mezcal personally recommended by the boss. Great knowledge of mezscal and tequila. We'd love to come back!

Good atmosphere Great service The meals are good but not exceptional..

We are aware that Switzerland and especially Zurich is an expensive area. However, €170 for one night is a decent price, especially since the hotel is not in the city center. We also found parking for one night for 20CF very expensive, but those are probably Swiss prices. The price-performance ratio wasn't right for us here. Our room was very small, especially in the bathroom we couldn't both be in the room at the same time or walk past each other. The furniture is very old and in general the furnishings are very sporadic and not comfortable. Our walls were dirty (see pictures), the bed was uncomfortable and overall we didn't feel comfortable. It quickly became stuffy in the small room. There was no air conditioning, so we often opened the window to ventilate, which in turn led to the usual city noise. The carpet in the hallway to the rooms was already very faded. Perhaps important for people with limited mobility, strollers or walkers: to reach many areas in the hotel you have to climb stairs. To get to our room there were two steps from the elevator and you also had to walk a few steps to get to the parking garage. Not a big deal for us, but maybe interesting for others. Our expectations of the hotel (and especially of Best Western as a chain) were not met here, and we won't be coming back either. Based on our experiences, we would definitely not book the hotel again and would not recommend it to others.
