Precioso pequeño restaurante con ambiente tradicional alpino. Teníamos el menú fijo y la comida era deliciosa, el servicio excelente y una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Wir verbrachten den Geburtstag meines Mannes im Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, auch ein nettes Präsent fehlte nicht. Sowohl das Couscous als auch das Tajine schmeckten sehr gut. Volle Punktzahl gibt es nur nicht, weil wir es preislich doch am oberen Limit sehen. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Wir haben das Restaurant Pazolla ganz zufällig vor 2 Jahren für uns entdeckt. Damals waren wir zum Skifahren im Diesentis und haben im Hotel Pazolla übernachtet, vor allem weil sie einen Shuttle Service zu Bergstation anbieten. Da waren wir auch zum ersten mal im Pazzola essen. Das Essen war hervorragend und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Seit dem gehen wir immer mindestens ein mal im Pazzola essen, wenn wir in der Region sind. Das Essen ist immer Top und wir waren noch nie enttäuscht. Auch die familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre sorgt dafür, dass wir uns im Pazzola immer sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen füllen.

Netter Service, moderate Preise und sehr gemütliches Ambiente mit schöner Sonnenterrasse. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Great food, cosy atmosphere, very friendly service. More along the lines of a "table d'hôte", it has a "just like home" feel to it. Very enjoyable experience.

Wir kauften gestern zum ersten Mal bei Holy Crêpes den aktuellen Wochenhit: Buchweizencrêpes mit Käse, Chili-Orangen-Lachs, Guacamole und Speck. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir waren begeistert! The server is top notch. Super friendly and professional at the same time. Kitchen is good.

Technical knowledge and understanding of flavours on show. Some of the best fish and seafood dishes I have eaten. Sea urchin outstanding and sole was inspired. The main course lacked cohesion and cooking of the lamb missed the mark for me. Service was formal, and attentive. Some low level music would help to break down the stuffy and stiff atmosphere.

Will stop at the end of this year after more than twenty years. It was a very good address.

From the moment you book, you feel perfectly welcomed by Mr Tissot, in this enchanted interlude during which time stops and you travel thanks to the overflowing imagination of chef Bedouet who delights the taste buds of all those who had the good idea to book at l'Aparté for a special occasion or simply who decided to make an ordinary day a celebration. The chef is very accessible, very pleasant, he willingly shares with his guests and who better than him to present his dishes 🙂 The service is impeccable, Mikael and Julie are very professional and attentive to customers. They have a sincere smile, a love of their profession and a touch of humor which makes the meal even more pleasant. The expertise of Julie, the sommelier, allowed us to discover a real Corsican gem, a wine perfect with the menu. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you again Chef Bedouet!

If you wanted to go out to eat on Monday evening, everything was fully booked, so make sure you make a reservation We were then able to take home two very tasty burgers and an incredible chocolate mousse.
