Waited 40 minutes for a salad starter even though the restaurant was almost empty. Main course arrived in 2 minutes. after starter. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. Service was unfriendly and inattentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer recommended for eating.

Lamentable! I sit on the terrace alone with my two children aged 2 and 3. 15 minutes later the waitress comes to see me to tell me that I have to come and place the order inside then she leaves. So I go back inside with my children to order then I sit back at my table. I wait another 15 minutes then the waitress comes back to me empty-handed to tell me that I have to come and get the order inside. I go back inside, she gives me two huge trays even though I have my baby with me. There are 2 or even 3 of them, they watch me struggle without even offering me help. I have never seen such pathetic service and above all a total lack of civility on their part. It is shameful. Especially when you're behind a bar hanging out watching 4 customers chasing each other.

If you eat there you will wait longer than if you take it with you.

Restaurant had 4 visitors, I ordered from the machine myself, fries were immediately put in the bag 👎 and then the 9min 32sec👎 lay at the back on the counter as the burger was still being prepared. In the meantime, other guests have already realized that something is wrong. Delivery comb then and the fries were lukewarm👎, the burger was cold👎 and the cola was at room temperature👎 When I complained properly, the gentleman shouted at me with a foreign dialect and glasses: "I can't do anything either."😡 I replied that this was not the customer's problem! He then gave me a Cola Zero from the cooler. I hate Coke Zero. Unfortunately I had to throw away the entire purchase (16.40). Everything was unbelievable! Hello Burger King: this is totally wrong!👎👎👎👎👎. Everything is there, from inedible to unfriendly and unhygienic. Unhygienic because the ice cream machine was also broken and the employees stood with their shoes on the preparation table without a cover and tried to repair the machine themselves. In the USA, a complaint would be filed for something like this! I won't be visiting the store any time soon.

Nice place in Martigny to visit. Good choice of regional wines. Central square with great entertainment.

Extremely slow service to get a coke and a beer. We sat for 30 minutes, were not served and finally left. No apology from the staff who rather felt we were at fault!

Restaurant qui ne sert que des produits congelés rien de frais, hygiène déplorable,mais que font les services d'hygiène sérieusement cet établissement devrait être fermée ! Sans parler des magouilles ! On vous apporte des plats que vous n'avez pas commander qui sont facturés, on vous "offres" des verres de limoncello qui sont eux aussi facturé, ils font passé de la viande de cheval pour du boeuf ! Sans parler des congélateur non déclaré à l'étage bref a fuir

Friendly staff. Food wasn't bad, but could have been hotter. Very noisy and almost no place to sit...

Glad we found an Asian resto in Ouchy. Food was really delicious and very appetising. Crab soup was full of flavours, very nice during the cold weather. Staff were also very accommodating. Highly recommended this place if you visit Lausanne.

Overall, my experience at McDonald's was satisfactory. As expected, the food was prepared quickly and the service was efficient. The selection on the menu is wide and offers something for every taste. The cleanliness of the restaurant was adequate, although it can sometimes be a bit busy at peak times. By the way, a garnished salad also has other vegetables/salads in it instead of just iceberg lettuce.

Service staff was very friendly 🤗 Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The "truffle" burger we ordered was cold, and the mezze plate for 32.- only included a small chicken skewer, which cost an additional 6.-. Unfortunately it was absolutely not satisfactory... Unfortunately we cannot recommend it
