Not offering free toilets to customers is already a disservice, but appearing to not care when making the remark is not acceptable. The food is what you usually find at this chain restaurant.

Food is absolutely usual McDonald's stuff, no surprises in good or bad way - but there is no WiFi! At least not for non-Swiss phone number holders. The requested SMS code to get you registered will never arrive. This has happened to us in three distinct places across Geneva in the course of just one day!

I have already rated McDonald's all over Europe and this is one of the best I have ever been to. The service was very friendly and quick, the interior design is simple and stylish with a lot of variation in seating options. The fries had a good consistency and were very richly salted, the burger had a little too much lettuce, but the sauce was well measured and the cheese was perfect, the chicken mc nuggets had a good crisp and a good internal consistency. Overall, this McDonald's is one of the best in Switzerland and definitely worth a visit

My chicken burger was cold. I received a hot one after complaining. I think that shouldn't go to waste.

Went to MC Donalds in Baden-Dättwil on Sunday evening. The cleanliness and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. There weren't too many people there, so time for cleaning. Many tables were dirty, the floor was massively dirty, as were the toilets. I expect a little more cleanliness in a place that sells food.

The burger and the rather small portions of fries are really good. Unappetizing drinks machine (cheap copy from Ikea) And above all, zero, zero ambience. So I went to the normal Glarnerland restaurant the next day.

This is not a Cafeteria, it's a restaurant and they look very much down on you if you only want to have a coffee. Unpolite people.

I was downstairs in the perfume aisle today March 28 around 6:30 p.m. 😊 I noticed several times the blonde woman who always gave me polite and kind advice, like with Armani or coconut wax for hair.. I'm Spanish 😉 really great staff.. the shop is just down after the Christ store.. thanks to the friendly lady
