Was there twice, burgers with pulled pork or jackfruite were both extremely tasty🤤. The side dish, wedges are the best I've had so far👌 The ambience is also first class🤩

food is delicious- but the service is crazy… been there twice now, and hat both times a non amused experience. the staff is looking away from the guests but running like ants. waiting for a water and some bread more then an hour… the whole lunch took us more then three hours 🤨 and the restaurant was not full of people… congratulations to the chef, food was taking us back for a second time- but that‘s it.

If the perfect Pizza Place had a name, it would be Grampi's. One of the most delicious pizzas I ever tasted, and the service was nothing short of perfect.

A mountain lounge with world-class views. This is awesome. You just look for professional friendliness in vain. Dirty upholstery, leftover food on the floor and not at peak times. In addition, guest safety doesn't seem to matter. Emergency exits are boarded up and have been for a long time. That’s where everyone’s fun stops.

Very nice service, Chef de Service Roland was super friendly and accommodating! Kitchen was quick and very tasty!! Highly recommended!!! Come again!

We did reservation. I left all details. Phone number and email. Apparently is not enough… Nobody informed me that apparently you need to reply on email with credit card details ??? First time in my life reservation was canceled nobody even called … when we get to the restaurant the guy was unpleasant informing us that reservation is canceled …

Cozy atmosphere (it's the restaurant downstairs, not upstairs. ) Fabulous, friendly and attentive service. Clever recipe variations, nicely presented.

Room was spacious and cozy. Near to train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Have balcony that overlook mountains scenery.

Food is too salty. Kids rice portion is only good for 3 mouths. Service was very good though.

Walked all the way there from Zermatt only to find it was cash only. Who has cash these days? Walked all the way back again...
