Despite several negative reviews, we were completely satisfied and will definitely come back. The brunch from 9.15 a.m. to 12 p.m. consisted of a classic breakfast that left practically nothing to be desired. Lunch was served from 12 p.m. and lasted until 3 p.m. There were several delicious Asian dishes to choose from with plenty of desserts. Water was also available without restrictions. The staff was very motivated and extremely friendly and accommodating. As expected, the ambience with the view of the elephants was wonderful.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and the restaurant made a mistake and didn't deliver the order to the driver. After waiting for an hour for the rest. He called me and told me to wait at the door as they were delivering it and nothing was coming in, it had been another hour. Poorly organized liars cannot be trusted.

Waiting time was 10 minutes. Said it was 25 minutes... The food had no taste, the fries were soggy.. chicken nuggets were more like schnitzel, too oily. We had to ask for plastic forks.. I think 20.- for fries and “chicken nuggets” is cheeky!! everywhere else between 11-15.. I think they didn't know the prices themselves and simply asked for a price because it wasn't advertised either... never thank you again.

Ganz kurz gefasst:-nicht lange sondern sehr lange auf Karte und Service und Essen gewartet-nach extrem langem Warten eine feine Vorspeise bekommen -beim Hauptgang wurde dann falsches Essen serviert - wir wollten jedoch nicht länger warten -haben auf Kaffee und Dessert verzichtet aus Zeitgründen-auf Rechnung wieder langes Warten.. -sehr teuer für grottenschlechten Service (Fr. 90, Vorspeise, Hauptspeise, 1 Glas Wein, Wasser)Wir waren sehr geduldige Gäste und die Stimmung war immer noch gut, but no thanks...

I was at the Brezelkönig in the morning and I really have to say the staff was very polite and friendly as always. It was Tuesday tomorrow and the normal employees at this time are mostly tired, but in Brezelkönig the staff is fully motivated. He made my day better.🌹

No one should leave Turkey. Their bosses are egoists and hopeless. The food is disgusting. I don't understand how people like this do business in Switzerland. The staff is very disrespectful. I hope they give closure as soon as possible

Wanted to drink coffee... No milk!!! Eating some cake with a friend 4 weeks ago... so dry... A long time ago there was something to eat with a client in a wheelchair... nothing worked... nothing disabled friendly at all... No place …

Good products, unfortunately the ingredients are not transparent. Please make this available to employees so that they can provide correct information and you don't buy sandwiches etc. that you are then not allowed to eat because of allergies etc.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bretzelkönig and unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by unfriendly staff who were more occupied with their cell phones than with the customers. This set the stage for a visit marked by poor service from start to finish. While I was about to place my order, the staff seemed to show little interest and asked me stupid questions that obviously suggested they didn't really want to listen to my needs. The feeling of disrespect was compounded as they continued to be engrossed in their cell phones during the ordering process. This is not only rude, but also unacceptable as it diverts attention from the customer and shows inappropriate prioritization. The entire atmosphere in the Bretzelkönig was characterized by indifference and disinterest. In addition to being unprofessional, the staff seemed unmotivated to provide adequate customer service. The fact that they were on their cell phones while I was ordering shows a lack of respect for the customers and their work. The quality of customer service is crucial for me when it comes to whether I will visit a place again or not. Unfortunately, the visit to the Bretzelkönig did not meet my expectations in any way. It's unfortunate that a company that obviously has a delicious selection of products is marred by such abysmal customer service.
