Very nice, stylishly furnished rooms with a view of the lake and mountains! The rooms were very quiet and we slept wonderfully. The staff fulfilled our every wish and were always courteous and extremely friendly. The food in the winter garden was excellent and the service was perfect. Price / offer: Very good. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel.

Nice location, good toilet with child seat. Customers' requests for a smaller portion were not taken into account. Instead, after paying with a tip, I was attacked as a customer and was not eaten. Sorry, I said we would like a small portion because it is for the child. As a customer, I don't have to let the staff lecture me about something I can't do anything about.

We went at 1:20 p.m. and they didn't want to give us a table when there were 4 free.

Had an aperitif from our club there today (Good Friday). Service was friendly and the drinks were pretty quick too. The food came rather staggered and a bit disorganized. I ordered a waterfall plate for 27.50 CHF and it came much less than expected for the price. 4 slices of salami, 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of bacon with a little garnish (I wasn't sure what the salad was supposed to be on the plate either). When we were paying, we asked the waitress that the price was way too high and she said it was just good quality. That may be true, but it still doesn't justify the price for what little there is. A pity

The food is exceptional BUT BIG PROBLEM, the staff is very arrogant, you would say in Paris, disgusted that Moutarlier, a small Swiss chain has such arrogant staff as that.

Very attentive, friendly service and tasty sufficiently large portions of Italian or Indian foods. Consistent quality and adequate variety of meals. Cold buffet available when dining in.

Perfect burgers (California Love 🥹) warm service and perfectly in keeping with the style of the establishment! We eat locally, and there is even a great treatment game for the little ones! Can not wait for next time ! Michael
