Every time you wait longer than at any other McDonald's. In addition, a burger was forgotten again today when ordering. It's better to take the motorway exit in Wil and get food there.

I went to this Starbucks on Tuesday 03/26/2024 at 7:00 p.m. The person who served us was very unprofessional. First of all we waited 5 minutes before she served us even though there was no one there. Madame was looking at her Instagram notifications.. When she finally decided to raise her head to serve us, not even a good evening, not a word from the whole service, even when giving the drink she just placed it on the counter without say a word, before returning to the phone. Frankly, if she doesn't like her job, she should do something else.

Worst place on earth. People there are capable only to get you mad not to serve you food. I suggest to eat from the trash, it’s better anyway.

The crepes with spinach and ricotta were absolutely inedible and visually offensive: Terrible!! There was also a salad included... this was "ok". However, the waiters were friendly. Lossesso: We won't come again.

WAITING TIMES TOO LONG, LOTS OF ORDERS BUT NO STAFF!! We ordered 2 pizzas via Ubereats. When the news came that pizzas were ready for pickup, we came to pick them up. At first no one was present for a long time. When someone did come, they said that the pizzas wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the pizza was still not ready. In total we waited 45 minutes for pizza. The reason was: we have a lot of orders, Uber Eats doesn't have priority, but the local customers. VERY BAD TIME MANAGMENT!!

The rooms are not amazing but the people are soo nice the prices are very cheap
