The burger including fries was good, but it didn't blow me away. There are better burgers elsewhere for this price.

Tasty vegetarian food. Visited on a Saturday evening, when the restaurant was full with visitors. It was loud, making it difficult to have a relaxed conversation with my partner. The acoustic of the room could be improved.

I always watch my football here. Just normal people and nostalgic stickers on the toilet. The people also know everything about Fuppes and are relaxed about it. A bit of a pot atmosphere in the middle of Basel.

Nice shop, old-school. A selection of baked specialities. I had the cumin soft pretzel and a small linzer torte. Both were excellent, in the traditional way. A very classical option for a very classical city, not much space for originality around here it seems.

One of the places where you can still find 'Schlumbärgerli'. Large and very good selection of sandwiches - great. Good coffee. Unfortunately, today I was advised to stay away from this coffee. A pity!

I was making coffee at the train station on Saturday evening around 5:50 p.m. and had to wait in front of closed doors because there was a note saying "I'll be there soon." After about 10 minutes someone finally came. Instead of opening the doors, she first cleared the tables and chairs outside and stacked them behind the restaurant. Then I asked her politely if she was still open. She said yes, but didn't open the door. After a while I asked her again if she couldn't open the door because she could clean up later. But she refused and said she had to do it now. Then I left.

The two of us had momos with beef as a starter and then Hoso Maki Mix. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes that way too. It was my first time here and I will definitely come back. Highly Recommended !!!
