Order placed online at 9:15 p.m., delivery time stated as 45 minutes.
At 10 p.m. the message came that delivery was canceled. Without reasons.
That's not possible, make the customer wait first and then cancel after 45 minutes...
edit @Owner: Thanks for your answer. The situation is somehow strange, other restaurants were able to continue delivering without any problems. Be that as it may; It would have been nice if you had still sought contact in this case and justified the cancellation as you have done here.
There remains a pale aftertaste, but I have now increased the rating to 3 stars in order to reward your efforts to clarify the matter.
Was there for the first time. There was as much tartar as you wanted to eat. Service very attentive. Food very fine. Since we don't drink alcohol, there were also some without alcohol. That was great! Can highly recommend it.
The visit to 'Zum Wilde Maa' left us with a pleasant experience. The 4-course menu was very well balanced, with a vegetarian option available. All the courses were excellent. The highlights were the mushroom risotto and the tongue from Appenzeller lamb. The dessert wein Koehler-Ruprecht Riesling Auslese 2015 was a delightful new discovery for us. The main point of the restaurant was its atmosphere and highly experienced yet friendly service team.
Ask for Antonio when he's there and be sure to order the Apero Plättli! He prepares the pancakes with love and passion every time. It was delicious, thanks Antonio!
The best food that we had in Switzerland was here! I had the sole and my husband had the steak. The crepes were divine. We were able to sit by the window and watch the sunset.
