Amazing hotel right next to the water in historic Zurich. I have stayed there both for pleasure and business and I look forward to coming back again.

We had to wait a little longer for the food. We ordered various wrap menu with mashed potatoes and crispy chicken with mashed potatoes We hadn't checked what we got because we expected it to be handled professionally Yes, when we got home we opened it: The crispy burger looked sad. Of the 3 types of chicken strips, 2 of them were exactly the same. Mashed potatoes were completely missing. We have about 65fr. We left it and only got half. We were also looking forward to the mashed potatoes because we had positive experiences with this product. But now we are just disappointed. Visit was at 10:15 p.m. on March 31, 2024 Order 445 Overall the 2 milkshakes (strawberry & toffee) were delicious.

Well, the food was okay. Although the doneness of the meat wasn't right at all and the mixed salad was a joke. Service also left something to be desired, the amount of around 500 sFr was paid. Then even without a tip. There was vomit on the stairs to the toilet for a long time, even though we pointed it out to staff several times. Margarita was also a joke! Better go to Les Halle right next door.

“Mezze for me” plate, some are very good like hummus, others basic like tomato cereals. But overall good. Coming alone, I didn't have a table but a chair at the bar next to the entrance. Too bad, because there were a lot of free tables that weren't taken! And suffice to say that the service is express and somewhat cold. Damage

Thanks for the delicious food, but I think the service could actually be a little better. We got the wrong thing twice and then had to wait a long time until someone wanted to take care of it - in the end we just took what we were given, which was a shame and not exactly friendly.

The place closes at 10pm but upon entering the waiter with great rudeness and arrogance made us leave at 9.45pm..

The fact that hardly any staff speak German is unfortunately normal. But if something is ordered and the staff has no idea, you have to explain and show it. And then it still comes out wrong - something like that doesn't work!!!!

Near the entrance on the right there was a black employee in a tuxedo who didn't understand German. When I asked about the direction of food, I answered in English. At the checkout at the food, an employee grabbed my open bag where I had my training clothes and just stuffed my fish and bread in there to see what I had in my bag!!! Don't have cameras to watch people, just looking into private pockets for no reason is primitive!!!! That was lunchtime today!!!!!!

Way too expensive! This was once a working class restaurant and a gold mine. You want to make money quickly again. This goes wrong like its predecessors.

Good classic bourgeois cuisine. Good friendly service. Very good food. Asparagus soup, entrecote with new potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise sauce. Apricot sorbet with grappa. Will definitely come back.

Very good sushi, definitely recommended. I will come back the next time I visit Zurich!
