The restaurant is located directly in Zurich Zoo (on the left when you come in) and therefore offers a great opportunity to enjoy refreshments while visiting the zoo. The menu offers a varied selection. The restaurant is modern and attractive and offers enough space for groups and individuals. However, it can be very busy at lunchtime. The service in the restaurant is friendly. The prices in the restaurant are ok. The quality is average to ok. Although the restaurant is a good choice for a snack at the zoo, there is still room for improvement. Waiting times for food can sometimes be a bit long.

Pad Thai was inedible, neither authentic nor otherwise fine, and I felt slightly sick afterwards. Chicken or tofu have the same amount of tofu.

A bit carelessly furnished. Service friendly. Coffee too hot and little taste. But the worst thing is that anyone sitting inside constantly hears the ventilation because of the fumuar and the whole restaurant smells of cigarette smoke because the dividing door to the fumuar is constantly opening and closing.

Dr. Milota was extremely friendly and helpful and treated me well and correctly.

Wir haben 2 Pizzen bestellt. Eine Stunde gewartet, nix bekommen. Haben angerufen, er sagt, jetzt wir haben geschlossen. Auf meine Erwiederung dass ich eine Stunde vorher bestellt habe bekomme ich die Antwort: Entschuldigung, abe ische nixe gesehen.........

My large family & I were very satisfied with the food, unfortunately the “boss”/service was unfriendly, didn't feel like working and was rude to us more than once. She wasn't stressed because a guest was there and my family, a service employee was also there, she was still nice, unfortunately she took a break so the "boss", who has been working here for a long time, had to serve us and we noticed that she didn't like doing that. We are also half Asian, we know our culture and we are half Swiss. Swiss expectations are not met here; from our Asian culture that would be a no go! When we asked for a spoon, she even complained to us and said that she is not worthy to serve so she shouldn't work in the restaurant industry. Since my family also runs a hotel and restaurant, we know what is okay and what is not okay at all. You should really value your food and hire a better server. It's a shame about Suan Long. The meal was excellent. We'll never come back and we'll spread the word!

Absolut unterste Schublade. Aussenbereich müsste dringend renoviert werden, sieht immer noch aus wie in den 80er. Der Wirt verteilt grosszügig Park-Bussen und nimmt die Kohle selber ein. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle ob das Restaurant geschlossen ist und kein Auto auf dem Parkplatz steht! Meine Famile und ich werden dieses Restaurant nie mehr betreten.
