I use my time very well to give you constructive information to improve your place or service with this tool, I'm not complaining, instead you are the master of your time instead of taking it upon yourself to respond with this ironic tone you should use it to train better your staff or find out what the bar was like before and try to recreate that beautiful Centrale even if times are no longer the same.

Unfortunately, today's dining experience was a huge disappointment for me and my husband. We were looking forward to a romantic Valentine's Day evening, but were met with an unexpectedly disappointing meal.
As a starter we chose a soup that was not noted to be particularly spicy on the menu. To our regret, however, it turned out that it was significantly sharper than expected. We found that it overwhelmed our taste buds and was not conducive to enjoyment. The restaurant employees were very accommodating and took the soup back, but the start to the evening was already marred.
When the main course, sweet and sour, was served, our expectations were again disappointed. Instead of a balance of meat and breading, we received an excessive amount of breading while the meat was almost negligible. For the hefty price of 33 francs, we expected a reasonable portion and quality, but instead it felt like we paid for an overwhelming amount of breading while the meat was barely noticeable.
To our surprise, the rice was charged an additional 6 francs, which was incomprehensible to us as it is usually considered a side dish to the main course and is not billed separately.
Overall, this Valentine's Day meal was a huge disappointment and didn't live up to our expectations. Next time we'll probably think about it and maybe just go to the Asian restaurant around the corner, where we'll hopefully find more enjoyment and satisfaction.
Just stop another McDonald branch. The cleanliness and staff are top notch, and the ambience is bright and open with the many glass walls. And there is also an outdoor area. I've been there several times and have nothing to complain about.
The Hirshengarben branch is an excellent place to work at, very comfortable! But the food options are small and getting smaller by the hour. They're never renewed, which apparently is expected at Starbucks. Go figure..
The setting is magnificent but the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. The waitress pushes you, she pulls the slice, she is rude. You wait 1h30 for a Coca-Cola. Food is good but expensive. I haven't been back there for a year.
The staff is very courteous and committed. They are very attentive. The food was delicious and the portion size was absolutely worth the money. We went home very satisfied.
The restaurant is also very nicely decorated.

I'm happy to give the pizza 5 stars. If they were from the wood oven they would be 6 stars.
Really good dough, homemade tomato sugo, topped with good products.
The service is self-service, the open wines are ok, a large selection of beers.
I like the atmosphere. Every work shift seems to pass there. Delivery services/guests often forget to close the door. Annoying in winter. Feel free to call me a regular.
Nice atmosphere and well located, service friendly. Compared to the Bijou in Wettingen, the food is more of a mixture of bakery and McDonald's, the jams from the large manufacturer and the omelette made from powdered eggs.
