My experience at McDonald's was fairly average, earning it a three-star rating. The service was prompt, and the food was served relatively quickly. However, the overall quality of the food was what you would expect from a fast-food chain – nothing exceptional, but not terrible either. The atmosphere was typical of a McDonald's restaurant, with a bustling environment and standard amenities. While it's not my top choice for dining out, it's a convenient option for a quick meal on the go.
We were very happy to meet our good friend after a long time, since we have kids we were looking for a place that is family friendly. I guess the service have some kind of problem with customer, we felt like they gave us free food so they can treat us how they want. We were happy with the food and dont let the service ruin our day. One thing we know for sure is, we will not coming back and will not recommend to our friend/family.
The dessert we ordered couldn't be carried out - as the ice cream machine was apparently broken.
Unfortunately we waited a long time for dessert without any information about what exactly the problem was.
We had to go and ask ourselves where the dessert was.
Refund hassle-free.
After waiting at the table for over 10 minutes, I ordered a beef burger which arrived after about 20 minutes. The meat was not processed, or rather not cooked, and the bread was also very cold. I pointed this out to the waiter, but he just said sorry. Instead of being accommodating, I still paid the full price of 42chf including fries. Conclusion: pure catastrophe.
I'm honestly disappointed. I enthusiastically ordered the “HOUSE MEISTER” as a delivery via Uber Eats and stated “without bacon,” which was also what it said on your receipt. However, I still received the burger with bacon
The food was really good. However, you have to dig a little more into your pocket and pay accordingly.
A small greeting from the kitchen with sauces and bread was brought in advance.
As a starter there was baked sheep's cheese and a curry soup. The cheese was interestingly prepared and served on a salad (positive). The soup was a bit bland, but OK.
The main course was a 350g rib-eye steak served on a hot stone. The meat was of good quality and the accompanying sauces were ok.
When it came to service, you had the feeling that the lady didn't fit in with the restaurant. She seemed unsure and, for example, completely cleared the table even though we were still sitting there and there was a little water in the bottle. However, she was very nice and communicative.
We celebrated a birthday here last week. The fondue was exceptionally delicious, and the cozy ambiance made our celebration special. Great service too. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.
