Extremely poor quality food and very rude staff on the phone. Don't recommend at all. Update to response: the food quality was not good, the food was not packed correctly and the packet was already open. I tried to return the order to UberEATS but he asked me to call the restaurant. When I tried to call the restaurant staff was very rude and didn't even want to listen to the problem. The naan was very hard and cold. The response is a clear lie, there was no abuse from my side, I just said that I will never order from the restaurant again which is actually true, I never plan to order again. Please read other negative reviews also for a common theme of rude behavior.

I was UNFORTUNATELY recently visiting Fenice and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the chef de service was extremely arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. His arrogance spoiled the atmosphere and contributed to marring the dining experience. Furthermore, the other guests in the restaurant were incredibly loud and cheeky. Their conversations were distracting and made it difficult to concentrate or have a pleasant conversation. It seemed like the restaurant didn't have adequate control over patrons' behavior. As for the food, unfortunately the pizza I ordered was undercooked. The dough was still raw in the middle, which represents a clear lack of care in the kitchen. This significantly affected the taste and quality of the dish. All in all, my visit was a disappointing experience. The combination of an arrogant chef de service, loud and rude guests, and subpar prepared food made it a place I will not visit again.

You are a present for this hotel. Thanks also for the delicious tiramisu. We recommend this restaurant and hotel.

“Mezze for me” plate, some are very good like hummus, others basic like tomato cereals. But overall good. Coming alone, I didn't have a table but a chair at the bar next to the entrance. Too bad, because there were a lot of free tables that weren't taken! And suffice to say that the service is express and somewhat cold. Damage

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. In short: friendly staff, delicious food, great location, but the whole thing is somehow more reminiscent of a 3-star hotel in southern Europe... The heating in the hotel room didn't work properly. After this report on the first day, three hotel employees came into the room to inspect the radiator. After a few unsuccessful attempts, we were offered two more rooms that were also cool, which we then politely declined. A portable heater was placed in the room and nothing further was done. We reported this again at checkout - this message was again received with astonishment. Very unfortunate...

A nice restaurant in itself. Unfortunately, prices are far too high and the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. The staff responsible for clearing the tables should be better trained. He placed the full tray firmly on my ski helmet and didn't apologize when I told him I didn't approve of it! Zero reaction! Such behavior is not acceptable at all.

Here the staff and the kitchen seem to change every season. I used to be frustrated by the hipster attitude, today I would say: quality is better, service is often better, food is (even) weirder, there is no decent meal in the afternoon, prices are higher. No breakfast for late risers here either. But top location. You almost can't avoid it if you live here, as the other restaurants on Limmatplatz haven't improved.
